WWF Sunday Night Slam

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

WWF Sunday Night Slam was a program that aired three times on the USA Network between 1994-1995. The first episode aired on August 21st, 1994. The last cable episode aired on March 26th, 1995. The program was created to replace the specials run on the USA Network prior to major Pay-Per-Views like SummerSlam Spectacular, Survivor Series Showdown, and Countdown To The Crowning (1994 only). It featured the superstars of the WWF in action. The WWF revived the show in 1995 as the Preview Show prior to WWF Pay-Per-Views. The final Sunday Night Slam would air just prior to WWF In Your House V on 12/17/95. The show would be renamed WWF Free For All in 1996.
