WVKO-FM is a radio station in Johnstown, Ohio that focuses almost exclusively on traditional Mexican music, though it does occasionally play other Spanish-language pop music. It serves as one of two Spanish radio stations in the immediate Columbus area, the other being WXOL. Neither WVKO-FM or WXOL are very easily heard throughout Columbus. WVKO broadcasts from Johnstown, Ohio which is about 25 miles from downtown Columbus. In its current broadcast pattern, the station can only effectively reach about 66% of the city.
