WTLH is a Fox television affiliate licensed to Bainbridge, Georgia and serves the Tallahassee, Florida television market. It broadcasts its analog signal on UHF channel 49 and its digital signal on UHF channel 50. The station began operations on November 25, 1989. Its transmitter is located in Metcalf, Georgia.

The Station is owned by Pegasus Communications. The station runs a duopoly with WFXU, The WB station in Tallahassee.

WTLH programming is also seen on a low-powered, Class-A repeater, WBVJ-LP channel 35 in Valdosta.

In September 2006, The WB and UPN will merge to be The CW. It was announced on April 24, 2006 that this station would acquire the CW affiliation as a digital subchannel on 49.2 / 50.2.
