WSXGA+

WSXGA+ stands for Widescreen Super eXtended Graphics Array and is a computer display standard. A WSXGA+ display is commonly used on widescreen 15.4" laptop LCD screens with a resolution of 1680×1050 pixels.

It is the widescreen version of SXGA+, but it is not approved by any organization. The next highest resolution (for widescreen) after it is WUXGA, which is 1920×1200 pixels.

Dell, Inc. sells a popular 20" widescreen LCD monitor (the 2007WFP) with this native resolution, and it is included in some of their Latitude and Inspiron laptops.

Hewlett-Packard sells a 17" model of their HP Pavilion dv9000 dv8000 series Notebooks with this resolution.

Asus sells some 15.4" notebooks (M6/A6 series) with this resolution.

The 20" Apple Cinema Display, 17" MacBook Pro, 17" PowerBook G4 (1.67Ghz Dual-Layer Superdrive model), and 20" iMacs have the same native resolution.

The 20" Gateway, Inc. 2185W widescreen LCD Monitor also has the same native resolution and HDCP support.

Lenovo sells three models in this configuration, the Thinkpad Z60m, Thinkpad Z61m, the new Thinkpad T60, and the 3000 N100 (select models).

Sony launched a Type F ( 15.4" ) Vaio Owner Made ( FS92PS, FS92S ) in Japan with this resolution to choose.
