Wratislavia Cantans

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Wratislavia Cantans is an international music and fine arts festival in Wrocław, Poland organised since 1966. It was created by Andrzej Markowski, an excellent conductor, at that time the director of the State Philharmonic in Wrocław.

The initial oratorio-cantata formula was expanded with time to include chamber-music concerts, recitals and presentations of the visual arts.
