I am a Wikipedia newbie junkie.
I am employed as a Senior ColdFusion Developer. I was drawn to Wikipedia through work I was doing for one of my passions my former passion, PlanetSide, for the PlanetSide Syndicate wiki.
Among other things, I am a:

I actively monitor the following:
I have oodles of Gmail invitations that I can give away. If you're one of the few who still doesn't have a Gmail account, drop me a line and I'll happily hook you up.
[edit] What's with the '-K'?
Wrathchild is the gaming handle I've used for years. (It's from the song by Iron Maiden, not the UK Glam Metal band.) Of course, it's the name I used for my main character in PlanetSide. Back in May, 2004, when SOE decided to merge servers, their solution to resolve name conflicts between characters was to add a '-K' to characters from the Konried server where there was a character with the same name on the Emerald server. Of course, the person who "stole" my name hasn't played in over three years, but then this is SOE we're talking about here.
Similarly, there is a Wrathchild here too, and though he/she has never made any edits, I can't get that username either. So I wear my -K with honor.
Sorry you asked?
Anyway, you can simply call me Wrathchild or Wrath.
[edit] One further note
For some reason, people continually want to put an extra i between the a and t, making me "Wraithchild". I don't know why. Perhaps people encounter "wraith" more often than "wrath" or perhaps a "ghostchild" makes more sense to them than an "angerchild", but whatever the reason I find it rather annoying. So, there, if you want to instantly get on my bad side, get my handle wrong.
[edit] SEO for charity
v7n.com is running ran a contest [1] to see who can could build the highest ranked site in search engine results pages. I think most search engine optimizers are in the same league as used car salesmen and psychic surgeons, but someone who I know casually has entered with the intention of giving the winnings to charity. Specifically, the University of Maryland Center for Celiac Research. (See also Coeliac disease.) Anyway, every little bit helps, so if you're inclined I'm sure a link to his site (V7ndotcom Elursrebmem for Celiac Charity) would be appreciated.
The contest ends ended May 15.
While this site didn't win (it came in fourth), it was still a big win for the charity. First off, the #1 site pledged half of the winnings to go to this charity. Secondly, there was a competing contest with slightly different rules, and not all of the top sites followed this second contest's rules, so unclaimable winnings were donated to the highest ranking charity site, which was this one. Celiac research ended up getting over $5,000.
And now there's another contest, and this site has entered to raise more money for charity. If you have a site please consider adding a link to carcasherdotcom seocontest for Celiac Charity.
