This template links to a given Wikipedia-namespace page's talk page and history. There is also a link to add the page to one's watchlist.

{{WPArticle|name of Wikipedia-namespace page without namespace}}
- Name of Wikipedia-namespace page without namespace: Take the name of the Wikipedia-namespace page you wish to link to (say, Wikipedia:Help desk) and remove the namespace (therefore, Help desk). This is what you should put here.
[edit] Example
For Wikipedia:Help desk, the code would be {{WPArticle|Help desk}}. This turns into Wikipedia:Help desk (talk|history|watch).
