Woman's Soaring Pilots Association

The Woman's Soaring Pilots Association (WSPA) was first founded on June 11, 1986. Thanks to a years effort and pilots who gave input who attended the 1985 Women's Soaring Seminar at Airsailing near Reno, NV, WSPA was formed. Currently there are over 170 pilots that are members including International pilots.

Each year there is an Annual Women's Soaring Seminar where members from all over the country, and often other countries, meet to encourage and support each other and to soar.

The organization also offers multiple scholarships for woman soaring pilots.
