Yes - I agree there should be a sub-heading "Student organisations" under the UOW page.

Student organisations are separate entities to universities, with their own issues. About half of the NUS-affiliated student organisations have their own Wikipedia articles, as this template demonstrates: Ben Raue (Talk)
