Complain regarding eratic service of the 81ltd. Bus starting from Shastri Nagar

Ever morning and evening it is a very frustrating situation to wait for an 81 ltd bus and there is no sight of the same for even more than an hour sometimes.

It gets worst as the time advances and hence no sight of the bus as well as the traffic build up on the roads.

We start at 9.0 am and ever morning whilst I wait for the bus for a good 1/2 hour to an hour there is no bus. Moreso you just hope against hope and there is no bus. You let the other buses goes with the hope that the bus which is supposed to be fast and would take us to our destination does not come. Everyday we are cutting a sorry picture at our place of work, either reaching 1/2 or one hour late to office. We too have an authority to answer. Whilst your staff sure would not know the problem of people who would have some authority to answer too.

If it is that you intend to cut down on the services for the 81 bus it would be nice this is disclosed to the public. In a hope s bus would be coming there no hope.

The same situation is faced even in the evenings. If we ask the conductor, he says the bus got caught in a traffic jam at Crawford Market. Sir please look into the matter and it would be nice if there was better service for this bus in the mornings as well as the evenings.

People like us who have a limited choice of the bus service and have to depend on the 81 ltd alone gets worst when it does not comes. The others buses roam the world and reach our destination.

Please have a proper service in the morning as well as the evenings. In the evenings it would be nice if a bus is started from August Kranti Marg every 1/2 hour. It would cut on our commuting time as well.
