WMDR (AM)

WMDR 1340 AM is an American AM radio station licensed to Augusta, Maine. Owned by Light of Light Ministires and featuring a Southern Gospel format. Previous to this it was known as Kids 1340 a children's format that moved to WMDR (FM) in Decmeber 2005.

The 1340 dial position was previously known as WFAU swapping call letters and formats with AM 1280 WFAU, with the nostalgia format moving to 1280 and religious programming moving to 1340 (AM 1280 has since changed to sports/talk).
