El Presidente 3rd Release was Without You, a Vibrant summer anthem that became their biggest hit To-Date, Reching No.30 in the singles chart. One of the reasons for its success in the charts was Much promotion on its release. From July 25, their was a Top Of The Pops performance, a TRL performance, an arcticle in the sun, a live session on the Dermot O'learly show on BBC Radio 2 (In Which they performed Without You, And Raspberry Beret) An Xfm Session (Taped from may, In Which they performed Without You, 100 MPH and Hanging Around).
The Album was origanlly schelduled to be released two weeks after Without You was released, on August 8 with its origanal cover.
In Japan, The Single entered the chart via import at 46, then rising from 39--23--23--23--9--12--20--42--88--55--91 then dropped out.
