In this Story, Heffer and Filburt compete for Rocko's friendship after Rocko wins two tickets to a wrestling match.

Trivia:

In this episode, Rocko wakes up in his tank top and discovers he is handcuffed to Heffer. While bringing Heffer downstairs, he has his normal shirt on. As he brings Heffer outside, he is wearing his tank-top again.
