The Charmed Ones are visited by the Angel of Destiny, who offers the Charmed Ones the chance to have a magic free life as a reward for vanquishing The Source of All Evil for the third and last time. Paige, happy being a witch, feels the choice is a no-brainer. She becomes taken aback when she discovers that Piper and Phoebe may feel differently. All this takes a back seat though once an FBI agent blackmails the sisters into helping him track down a witch hunter. Unfortunately, not all is as it seems.

[edit] Trivia
- The Angel of Destiny indicates to the sisters that Piper is pregnant.
- Apparently, there are many Angels of Destiny. In the season eight episode Vaya Con Leos, a different Angel of Destiny said there are different Angels assigned to different destinies. This would mean that the sisters' Angel of Destiny is the same one that's associated with Mozart's and Britney Spears' destinies, as the Angel has mentioned that he interfered with the said famous personalities' lives in the past.
- The TV psychic Phoebe sees is based on another U.S. television psychic who proved to be a fake named Miss Cleo.
- Samantha is also the name of a witch on the television series Bewitched.
- The actor playing Agent Jackman (Bruce Campbell) starred on the series Jack of All Trades, where he played Jack. Thus having the name "Jackman" might be a play on words. He is also known for his work on Xena Warrior Princess playing Autolycus.
- The final shot of the episode is later used in the series finale Forever Charmed, with the shot filtered and the Angel of Destiny removed.
