Wishmaster is a song from the album Wishmaster (album) of the finnish symphonic metal band, Nightwish. it was influenced by the Dragonlance series of fantasy novels, and is the sixth song of the album.
The song is from the perspective of Dalamar, Raistlin's apprentice in the Towers of High Sorcery.
The lyrics incorporate many names taken from Dragonlance, as well as a few from the mythos backstory from The Lord of the Rings.
