State Trunk Highway 64 (often called Highway 64, STH 64 or WIS 64) is a Wisconsin state highway running east-west across central Wisconsin. It is 275.65 miles in length. Highway 64 is currently undergoing an upgrade from a two-lane surface road to a four-lane divided highway between Houlton and New Richmond.

The western terminus of Highway 64 is located at the Minnesota state line on the Stillwater Bridge in Stillwater, Minnesota. The eastern terminus is located at U.S. Highway 41 in downtown Marinette on the corner of Marinette Avenue and Hall Avenue.
