Since the 2001 redistricting following the 2000 United States Census, Wisconsin has had eight congressional districts.

- Wisconsin's 3rd congressional district - Rep. Ron Kind (D)
- Wisconsin's 4th congressional district - Rep. Gwen Moore (D)
- Counties: Milwaukee County (partial)
- Most Recent Presidential Vote: Democrat 69%, Republican 30%
- Wisconsin's 5th congressional district - Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R)
- Counties: Jefferson (partial), Milwaukee (partial), Ozaukee, Washington, Waukesha (partial)
- Most Recent Presidential Vote: Republican 63%, Democrat 36%
- Wisconsin's 6th congressional district - Rep. Tom Petri (R)
- Wisconsin's 8th congressional district - Rep. Mark Green (R)
