The O2 Wireless Festival is a music festival that takes place in Hyde Park, London. The first festival took place in June 2005 In 2005 the headliners were New Order, Basement Jaxx, Keane and Kasabian, and the festival was on the 24th, 25th, 29th and 30th June. Other bands playing included JJ72, Moby, Supergrass and Ladytron.
On the bill for 2006 were The Strokes, Belle & Sebastian, David Gray, KT Tunstall, Massive Attack, The Flaming Lips, Pharrell, James Blunt, Depeche Mode, Goldfrapp, The Raconteurs and Gnarls Barkley. The festival ran from the 21 June to 25 June in London's Hyde Park.
The festival took place for the first time at another venue on the 24 June and 25 June 2006 in Leeds' Harewood House featuring Massive Attack, Goldfrapp, DJ Shadow, Pharrell, Gnarls Barkley and Terry Callier on the first day and The Who, Super Furry Animals, The Flaming Lips, The Zutons and Eels on the second day.
