[edit] Philadelphia Eagles
Justice was selected in the second round with the 39th overall pick by the Philadelphia Eagles. However, the Eagles did consider using their first round draft pick on him. Many considered him a first round pick because of his athleticism and other abilities, but his character concerns warded teams away from him. He along with Max Jean-Gilles will help with the rebuilding of the offensive line.
[edit] Community Involvement
In 2004, while suspended from USC, Justice became involved with New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson's Moving America Forward Foundation. Alongside New Mexico State Canvass Director and fellow USC Alumni Daniel Suvor and Phoenix Canvass Co-Director, MariaElena Hernadez, Winston spent evenings helping to register thousands of Hispanics, Latinos, and Native Americans from poor Phoenix neighborhoods to vote.
[edit] Controversy
Justice was the other former USC football player mentioned as involved in the scandal involving former teammate Reggie Bush, a marketing representative named Michael Ornstein, and NFL Agent Joel Segal. Ornstein alledgedly bought Bush's parents a house and Bush alledgedly breached his promise to be represented by them. According to Yahoo! Sports, the Pac-10 and NCAA are investigating this report.
