Winstars is a freeware (closed-source) planetarium for Microsoft Windows, written by Franck Richard, that needs Microsoft DirectX (DirectX 9c for Winstar 2). The software is available in both French and English. Winstars makes use of the Blue Marble imagery offered by NASA.
