The Winona State Warriors soccer team at Winona State University is a member of the NCAA Division II. They compete in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, where the have been a charter member since 1932 (one of three teams to do so). They are coached by Winona State alum Ali Omar, who has led them since 1995.

The Winona State Warriors have made the NCAA national tournament once, in the 2001 season. Winona State lost 2-1 to the Northern Colorado Bears.
