Windward Islands Airways (IATA: WM, ICAO: WIA, and Callsign: Windward) [1], more commonly known as Winair, is a government owned airline based in the Netherlands Antilles. Founded in 1961, It has a fleet of six aircraft serving ten destinations, all within the Leeward Islands group of the Lesser Antilles in the North East Caribbean.

[edit] US Airways Alliance
On January 13, 2003 Winair and US Airways began a codeshare agreement allowing US Airways to sell tickets on Winair flights as US Airways flights. US Airways provides service to St. Maarten; both Winair and US Airways coordinate scheduling, ticketing, and baggage transfer.
From January 13 to June 30, 2003 US Airways customers could earn and redeem Dividend Miles on Winair flights. This program has been indefinitely suspended.
