Wind (Akeboshi)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Wind is a song by the Japanese popular music singer Akeboshi. It is considered by many to be his most famous song. The title means "to wind", not wind (movement of air). The song is written in 5/8 time measure, which is not commonly used. The lyrics are in English, another oddity for Japanese music. There are two versions of the song: the one from the mini album Stoned Town and the re-recorded version on Akeboshi's debut album. The most striking difference between the two is the length of certain notes in the chorus.
[edit] Naruto
Wind was used as the ending theme of the anime NARUTO. It was used in the first season (25 episodes). The version used in the anime, which also appeared in the NARUTO soundtrack, is the same as the one used on the mini album Stoned town.
