Talk:Windows Live Spaces

А==Criticism==

Why is there no mention on how the change from MSN spaces to Windows Live Spaces lead the content of the former spaces to deletion? I've not yet made any criticism about that but I would have guessed many others would have already done so... Is there no criticism to such unwarned oblivious data-eviction?-7:58 23/9/2006 GTB

[edit] Article Merging

I have decided that it would be best to merge the MSN Spaces article into Windows Live Spaces as this is only one service, not two similar services. This is a lot like the action taken with the MSN Messenger and Windows Live Messenger pages. Terry K

  • Yes. That makes sense.

  • I agree with this idea, makes a lot of sense.

  • I agree with This Idea very Much.It'll make a lot of Sense!

  • Also agreed. It makes sense to have all of this information (which is about the same thing, except the name was changed at a certain point in time) in one central location. Otherwise, it'd be like having separate articles for "Puff Daddy" and "P. Diddy". Czj 17:12, 6 August 2006 (UTC)

The URL section needs to be organised, currently it is not clear which part of the URL format is for the WLSpace's unique name. In my edit I used ***** but since it has been re-edited, and one URL appears to show an advertisement. Rather than reverting this edit and using ***** again, I believe it would make more sense if it was completely re-written with proper formatting, possibly in a table or something. Obviously, most readers are going to know that "spacename" holds the place for the WLSpace's name, but still, it's not at all ideal. SirronTheMighty 16:26, 13 August 2006 (UTC)
