Wilson Aurbach

Wilson Aurbach is a Republican candidate for U.S. Congress in Texas's 30th congressional district. Aurbach is challenging incumbent Eddie Bernice Johnson in the 2006 mid-term election.

Wilson Aurbach was born in Dallas, Texas, and has spent nearly all of his life in what is now District 30. Wilson attended D.I.S.D.'s Talented and Gifted Magnet Schools, K.B. Polk Elementary and A.W. Spence Junior High School and then graduated from Bishop Lynch High School in 1995. In 1999, Wilson graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After graduating from Baylor, Wilson entered one of the top law programs in the country at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas.

Shortly after graduating from law school, Wilson moved back to District 30 and downtown Dallas, where he currently lives, to begin his career as an attorney at a prominent Dallas-based law firm in 2002. He still practices commercial litigation at the same law firm and has represented a wide variety of clients at all stages of litigation. Wilson has also provided his services pro bono to clients who were unable to afford legal counsel.
