Willy Kehrer (April 26, 1902 - February 20, 1976) was a composer, pianist, improviser, conductor, educator and choir leader from the Free State of Saxony in Germany.

Kehrer was born in Dresden to Karl Ewald Kehrer (1870-1945) and his wife Ida Emma nee Rösch (1871-1942), and died there still at the height of his musical powers. His ancestors were hand workers, miners and builders from Waldkirchen, Marienberg, Zschopautal, Grumbach, Mauersberg and Wolkenstein, all in the Erzgebirge of Saxony.
