The Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library serves the communities of Lake County, Ohio from its administrative offices in Willowick, Ohio and branches in Eastlake, Willoughby, and Willoughby Hills. Lake County is located east of Cleveland, Ohio on the shore of Lake Erie.

In 2005, the library loaned more than 1.2 million items to its 37,000 cardholders. Total holding are over 216,000 volumes with over 850 periodical subscriptions.[1]
