Willie Deshon Farley (born August 22, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American professional basketball player currently playing for the Adelaide 36ers in the Australian NBL. A shooting guard, he is 6'4" tall and weighs 92 kg. Farley has played around the world, including stops in France, Philippines, as well as Australia.

Farley is one of the most explosive scorers in the NBL consistently putting up big numbers while exciting the fans with high flying dunks and plenty of long range threes.

Farley was runner-up in the 2006 Philips NBL Dunk Competition behind New Zealand forward Riccardo 'Carlos' Powell.
