It is a part of the Howell Public Schools district and will be the sister school to Howell High School. When completed in August, 2007, the nearly $70 million building will be equipped with cutting edge technology to lead the state in a new educational initiative pioneered by superintendent Charles Breiner to offer a more flexible and personable educational environment.

[edit] Statistics

The school mascot is the Parker Patriot.

The school colors are Red, White, and Navy.

The current principal has not been decided, though it is speculated to be Larry Cowger, current principal of the Howell High School Freshman Campus.

During the spring of 2006, construction on the new school advanced on schedule and within budget. However, a potential lack of operating funds for the new school may delay the scheduled opening in 2007. A decision is pending on an opening date.
