William Jenkins (1871 - 8 December 1944) was a British Labour politician and trade union leader.

Elected for Neath in 1922, he defeated John Hugh Edwards, the Liberal Party Member for the seat by over 8,000 votes. Jenkins sat for Neath until his death in 1945. He was knighted in the late 1920s.

William Jenkins also served as Chairman of the Glamorgan County Council.
