William Howard Taft High School is a high school located at 6530 West Bryn Mawr Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. It is run by the Chicago Public Schools (CPS).

The Taft Academic Center was home to the bright and gifted students and was able to supply students with better facilities and teachers. Some of the Teachers are or used to be:

[edit] Taft Blogging Incident
On December 8, 2005, three kids from Taft High School were suspended for posting threatening comments about teachers and students on Xanga. They were from the 7th and 8th grade advanced placement program. One of the student's comments had left a teacher in tears. Isaac is one of the students in which was involved in the incident. some of the comments included, but not limited too:
"...yes there will be blood...her throat will be slit like a chicken" and "she can probably suck his cock without bending down...what do you think they do in that back room"
