William Terrelle Henderson (born February 19, 1971 in Richmond, Virginia) is an American Football fullback who currently plays for the Green Bay Packers of the NFL. He has been with the Packers for his entire professional career, since the organization selected him out of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a third round choice (the 66th pick overall) in the 1995 NFL Draft.

At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Henderson finished his career with 145 carries for 750 yards (5.17 yards per carry avg.) and 14 receptions for 97 yards (6.93 yards per rec. avg.).

Henderson was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in 1995, and has played every season with the Packers in his career. He came into the league at number 30, but after corner back Doug Evans left, changed his number to 33. In 1997, he helped the Packers win their third Super Bowl victory, and a year later helped the Packers appear in their fourth Super Bowl. He is one of two current Packer players that have played in Super Bowl XXXI, the other being Brett Favre, and one of three players to have played in Super Bowl XXXII, the others being Brett Favre and Rob Davis. He was selected to 2005 Pro Bowl, his first trip to the league's annual all-star game.

Henderson played high school football at Thomas Dale High School in Chester, Virginia. He is currently married to Brigitta Henderson, and has one child, William II.
