William Fell

William Fell was an Australian politician, elected as a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly.

Also the name of an American immigrant and Quaker from Lancaster, England. He settled in what is now known as Baltimore, Maryland in the United States. He founded Fells Point, which was one of the three towns that incorporated to form the City of Baltimore. He left England at the urging of his brother, who had also settled in the area.
