William E. Watson

William E. Watson is a historian, associate Professor of History at Immaculata University and also working for the nonprofit organization De Re Militari.
Watson earned a BA in history from Eastern College 1984. And a Ph.D. in history from University of Pennsylvania in 1990, with a dissertation titled: "The Hammer and the Crescent: Contacts Between Andalusi Muslims, Franks, and Their Successors in Three Waves of Muslim Expansion into Francia".
