William C. Richardson

William C. Richardson was President of The Johns Hopkins University from July 1990 - July 1995. Prior to moving to Johns Hopkins, he was executive vice president and provost at The Pennsylvania State University.

He left academia to head the Kellogg Foundation. He retired from the Kellogg Foundation on December 31, 2005.
