William A. Barclay

William A. Barclay represents District 124 in the New York State Assembly, which includes large portions of Oswego and Onondaga counties.
Elected in 2002, he is a partner in the law firm of Hiscock and Barclay, specializing in Business Law. He is also a board member of Panthus Corporation and QMP Enterprises, Inc.
He is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and of Syracuse University School of Law. After graduating from law school he served as a clerk for Roger Miner, a judge in the United States Court of Appeals Second Circuit, in both Albany and New York City.
