Willaston, Ellesmere Port and Neston

Willaston is a village on the Wirral Peninsula with a population of approximately 4,000. The village itself is centred on a village green. The village is between Neston and Ellesmere Port, just south of the border of the district of Ellesmere Port and Neston with Metropolitan Borough of Wirral.

The name Willaston is believed to have originated from its meeting place at for the Wirral Hundred (or TON), it became know as the the Hundred of Wilaveston.
