Will Works Out is the nineteenth episode of season one of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

At Grace's insistence, Will allows Jack to joins his gym, but becomes embarrassed by what he considers to be Jack's overly gay behavior, and Jack - on discovering this - is heavily offended. Elsewhere, Grace learns that Karen is going through marriage problems, and invites her round for a girls' night.
