Will Herthie Shields (born September 15, 1971 in Lawton, Oklahoma) is an American football offensive guard who currently plays for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Selected out of the University of Nebraska, Shields was the third-round (74th overall) pick in the 1993 NFL Draft. Since a September 12, 1993 game against the Houston Oilers, which is a team record, He has been in the Chiefs' starting lineup for every game. He holds the team record for consecutive games played and has the second longest consecutive starting streak in the NFL behind Brett Favre of the Green Bay Packers. He has also gone to the Pro Bowl every year since 1995, eleven times and soon to be 12. Which is a Kansas City Chiefs record. He is an important part in the Kansas City Chiefs offensive line that has led the team to a top 5 finish in rushing offense the last 5 years. In 2003 Shields was the recipient of the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award.
