Wilfrid Thomas Southorn

Wilfred Thomas Southorn (Chinese Translated Name 修頓) was a British colonial administrator. He was the Colonial Secretary of Hong Kong from 1925-1936 and he became Acting Administrator of Hong Kong on various occasions.
