Wilderlands of High Fantasy is a role-playing game campaign setting. It grew from the officially licensed D&D material from Judges Guild in the 1970s and '80s including The City State of the Invincible Overlord. It is currently being published for 3rd Edition by Judges Guild through Necromancer Games.
