Welcome!

Hello, William Quill, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!

I have reverted your edits on University of Ulster as Magee College/Magee University College never associated with the National University of Ireland after the Royal University of Ireland dissolved. Instead it associated with the University of Dublin and many Magee graduates completed their degrees in Trinity. See Talk:University of Ulster for clarification.

[edit] Page Blanking

On 29-Mar, you blanked John Ross (politician). Blanking pages is generally considered a bad idea. I've converted it to a disambiguiation page. If you believe the page should be deleted, please follow the deletion procedures. If you have questions, please let me know. Thanks! -- JLaTondre 16:31, 1 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Surname

Hey, just discovered you on the Progressive Democrats discussion page! Could you help contribute to the Quill (surname) page? I could only include information from my cousin's book and there wasn't a whole lot in it. Thanks. --Onias 01:26, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

I don't have too much information, though I would like to research it as there are a few Quills that I'd like to know if I have any connexion to them. Our family is from Limerick. William Quill 15:59, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
