RE: University of Minnesota figures, I got all the numbers and rankings from the Nov 14, 2005 edition of the Columbus Dispatch. Front page. "Borne" is indeed, the past participle of the verb "to bear", as you point out. I assumed it was supposed to be "born" as in birth, not "borne" as in carry. I think your subsequent change makes it clear though - thanks for the welcome.--Kitty Davis 22:00, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
