Mercer is the only university of its size in the United States that offers programs in eleven diversified fields of study; liberal arts, business, education, music, engineering, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, law, theology, and continuing and professional studies. Mercer enrolls more than 2500 undergraduate students, 2300 graduate students, and 2500 extended education students in its eleven colleges and schools. Mercer has major campuses in Macon, Georgia and Atlanta, Georgia; regional academic centers for extended education students in Henry County, Georgia, Douglas County, Georgia, and Eastman, Georgia; teaching hospitals in Macon and Savannah, Georgia; a university press in Macon; an engineering research center in Warner Robins, Georgia; and a NCAA Division I athletic program.
