[edit] Division of Scotland

I removed the statement that Britannia's division of Scotland is stewartry-by-stewartry. Camden actually organizes his description of Scotland using larger divisions he calls (in Latin) regiones (which Holland translates as "countries"). Camden goes on to say that these regiones are be divided into "counties, which they call Shiriffdomes, Seneschalsies, commonly Stewarties, and Baliwickes or Bailleries" (again in Holland's translation).
