[edit] Highways

I added highways to every county.--MNAdam 20:12, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Possible way of addressing the weakness of articles

Something some other projects have done is not to try to get a collaboration within a set period of time, but rather for the members of the project to decide which articles they consider to be of top importance to the project, and then let them free to try to bring those articles up as they have the opportunity. I wonder if that sort of thing might work here. Given the comparitively small number of articles tagged with the project banner, I think maybe 25 could be the number of articles to shoot for trying to improve the first "round". It might also get a few more people to work on those articles, if the banner indicated their priority. Thoughts? Badbilltucker 01:48, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

Yes we need to get priorities.Spiesr 16:25, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Yankton College

Was Yankton College really the first liberal arts college west of the MISSISSIPPI River? Should that be the MISSOURI River? (The reason I ask is that I can think of one liberal arts college in Iowa that was established in 1846...) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 216.12.216.185 (talk) 16:51, November 18, 2006

[edit] Oahe Dam

Wikified Oahe Dam article. Is it enough to update the stub tag? Also, not sure what to do with the section I labeled "Native American Displacement." I think it's relevant info, I just don't know how to begin. Thoughts? Sculptorjones 02:12, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Pages expanded/enhanced

I substantially expanded the content for Karl Earl Mundt and removed the "stub" tags from the article, but not the Talk page. Does someone want to review the article now? --orlady 04:02, 30 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Origin of "Revillo"

I grew up in Milbank, just down the road from Revillo, and "everyone knew" that the origin of the town's name was "Olliver" spelled backwards. Always found this particulary unusual...I can't find a reference online, but would any of you project members at Northern have access to a hard copy reference? (I live in Nebraska.)
