Matt, I like the notice idea, but with a bit of fear. I'm too far behind in stuff on my plate as it stands....

A nit. 'on Wikipeida' should be -- I think -- 'in the Wikipedia'. Neither seems quite right, but the second seems better. On another nit altogether...moved to Talk:National Security Agency... ww 14:45, 27 Apr 2004 (UTC)
