Merge: All articles in Category:Redwall characters to Wikipedia:WikiProject Redwall/List of Redwall characters. First step is to copy the character articles by book; then edit the list.
Cleanup: {{Template:WikiProject Redwall}} - find a better picture for it (or figure out how to not have any picture without breaking the template).
Other:
Tag all article talk pages with {{Template:WikiProject Redwall}}.
Work out a rating system to be added to the project template to specify what can and should be merged, etc.
