WikiProject on Newfoundland & Labrador's Roads & Highways

Our purpose is to organize all the Newfoundland and Labrador Highways stubs. We have one common goal. Providing information about this province's roads & highways. They don't seem to get enough attention. It is simple. You create stubs, expand, then use templates and graphics.

Our goal right now is to create articles related to the Newfoundland and Labrador highway network. To make these goals easier to accomplish, this page is divided into phases.

We are currently in Phase 1 of the project. Please consult the tasks section to see your list of duties.

1. Stub Creation, 1 paragraph or less is fine. Don't forget to add stub templates!
2. Stub Expansion, add some details, a few more sentences to a whole paragraph.
3. Further Review, expansion, add a paragraph or two.
4. Final expansion, Images and templates to spruce article up.
5. Patrol.

Here are some tasks you can do:

[edit] Adopt an article

Similar to the Collaboration of the week, but on a smaller scale, you might want to "adopt" an article. This would involve doing the research, writing, and picture-taking (if possible) for either a non-existent article or a stub. Of course, everyone else can still edit an adopted article, and you can work on other things too, but the idea is to find a focus for a while, to try and build up the number of quality articles the Project has produced.
