• operettas - these form part of the WikiProject Opera, although if it is a grey area, there is nothing wrong with categorizing the work in both places

1. Promote interaction, cooperation, and communication for those interested in improving Wikipedia's coverage of musical theatre.
2. To improve the quality of the articles on musical theatre to Featured Article status.
3. Make Wikipedia the foremost compendium on the subject of musical theatre to be found on the Internet.

Revise WikiProject Musicals. Re-parent under WikiProject Theatre. Move to WikiProject Musical Theatre. Fix double redirects from WikiProject Broadway. Form consensus on structure for individual articles. Add {{Musicals-project}} to pertinent articles. Create Article Assessment page. Form consensus as to criteria for each step. Create articles for Tony Award winners. This includes musicals, actors, etc. (UTC) Revise {{Infobox Musical}} See the Infobox listing page. Complete Templates page once Infobox Musical is complete. Add {{Infobox Musical 2}} to articles pertaining to musicals that as yet have no template. Replace all instances of {{Broadway-show}} and {{Infobox Musical}} in articles pertaining to musicals (not plays) to {{Infobox Musical 2}} with the appropriate information. Improve quality of {{Broadway-theatre}} Add Musicals referenced by Wikipedia to Wikipedia. The List of un-added musicals is here. Add references to articles. Improve articles to Good Article status and eventually Featured Article status.

• Place any missing musicals on List of musicals add the [[Category:Musicals]] link at the bottom of each musical page page.

Notes: Do not remove any other musical related categories, simply add this one. Also, the Musical Category should not be added to anything but the article for a musical. Please try to go through your selected letters on each of the pages listed below to be as thorough as possible. Also, feel free to browse through Wikipedia in search of other musicals that begin with your assigned letter that are not on any of the pages mentioned. It is recommended that, for peace of mind, everyone keep the same letters as above.
